⁷⁰ But he denied it before all of them, saying, “I do not know what you are talking about.” ⁷¹ When he walked out to the entrance gate, another servant girl caught sight of him and said to the people around her, “This man was with Jesus of Nazareth.” ⁷² And again he denied it, this time with an oath: “I do not know the man.”
